This has been my go-to healthy snack for over a year now. To make it more of a well-rounded snack, try it with black olives and a piece of fruit. Yum!
Ok, so my wonderful hubs ordered me not to do anything today because I’ve overworked myself for the last couple of months (and it’s our 3 year anniversary…awwww), BUT, a girl has to eat, right?!

- 6 Triscuits
- 1 wedge The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss
- Volcano Dust, or your favorite spicy pepper powder
- granulated garlic
- dried rosemary leaf
- freshly cracked black pepper
- extra-virgin olive oil
- Spread cheese evenly among 6 Triscuits. Sprinkle each with spices to taste. Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
