Triscuits with Cheese and Spices

This has been my go-to healthy snack for over a year now.  To make it more of a well-rounded snack, try it with black olives and a piece of fruit.  Yum!

Ok, so my wonderful hubs ordered me not to do anything today because I’ve overworked myself for the last couple of months (and it’s our 3 year anniversary…awwww), BUT, a girl has to eat, right?!

I enjoy blogging so much that I just couldn’t help myself.  We’ll see what he has to say about this later.  :)

I also had a great idea to do a giveaway for Volcano Dust while I’m at it.  I’m pretty sure that’s what keeps me so addicted to this snack.  I love it spicy!

It’s my ultimate favorite product of all time… not only because I know the guy that makes it, I swear.  I have nothing but mad respect for someone who decides they want to do something different with their life and goes and gives it all they’ve got.  This product line has seen a lot of success so far, and if you’d like to know more, go to www.volcanicpeppers.com.

I really like to share and would love nothing more than to give this to everyone that likes to keep it spicy… but that’s just not possible, and it makes me feel… :( .

The Prize:

1 Volcano Dust Level 2 – Spice Jar with sifter 3/4 oz (21 g), which includes a mix of smoked and dehydrated habanero, red peppers, bhut jolokia and more..

How to Enter:

Comment below (one per person) and say “The Dust is a Must”!  Or just whatever you feel like saying (I’m not picky), and consider yourself entered in the giveaway.  Ends on May 31, 2012.

Good luck!

  Rachael xoxo

This sounds so yummy, must try! Is the VD available in Canada? Not sure what Laughing Cow creamy Swiss is either…will have to check a special store. Ever tried making your own?

    • Hi Sara! Yes, Volcano Dust ships to Canada. Please don’t quote me on this, but you might have to purchase it through Amazon and not their website. You can find it on Amazon very easily through our “Shop” page. Here’s the link… http://simplyfreshcooking.com/shop-2/.

As far as the Laughing Cow Cheese – I haven’t even considered making my own because it’s such an easily accessible and low calorie product. It’s really unlike anything I’ve had before. Until you’re able to locate it where you are, I’d try low-fat cream cheese for this snack. :)

      I hope this helps! xo
